We currently ship all across Pakistan.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your city and location.

Remote areas may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Occasionally, free shipping may be offered during promotions.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected areas.

Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Delays & Issues

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

ELITEMART is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
